Allison is an associate with the firm. Allison completed her Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Cornell Law School where she focused on human rights law and graduated with honours in 2017. During her time at Cornell Law, she was elected and served as the Secretary of the LL.M. Association.

Allison obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2016 where she received the highest grade in Criminal Law. During her legal studies, Allison worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Western Ontario. Allison assisted with the highly controversial Dutee Chand decision, issued by the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Additionally, she assisted with the independent investigative report to the World-Anti Doping Agency (WADA) involving Russian athletes.

Allison practices in all areas of labour and employment law and has particular experience in police disciplinary cases and human rights law. Allison appears as a Prosecutor under theĀ Police Services Act, as well as at arbitration hearings and before the Human Rights Tribunal, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, as well as the Ontario Civilian Police Commission.

In her spare time, Allison enjoys skiing, scuba diving and boating with her family.
