Oscar Moody is an associate with the firm, practising in all areas of labour and employment law, professional discipline, human rights, and civil litigation.
Oscar holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law where he served as Co-President of the Labour and Employment Law Society. While at law school, Oscar volunteered as a caseworker in the Employment Law and University Affairs divisions of Downtown Legal Services in Toronto. In this capacity, Oscar represented clients in matters before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, Small Claims Court, and at the Ontario Labour Relations Board. Oscar also volunteered his time with Pro Bono Ontario, a not-for-profit charity that provides legal advice to self-represented, low-income litigants.
Prior to law school, Oscar received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from Dalhousie University, where he graduated with First Class Honours and was on the Dean’s List throughout his studies. In his spare time, Oscar enjoys playing team sports, golf, and travelling.
